Corporate HSE Advisor; duties include some or all of the following: • Responsible for ensuring a company's safety policy is adhered to by all employees • Responsible for maintaining employee training • Responds to corporate office and client requests Field HSE Advisor; duties include some or all of the following: • Train & mentor crew members in all safety & operational aspects of their positions • Conducts inspections on all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and field equipment to ensure they are compliant with company and regulatory standards and operational integrity • Ensures crew members have all necessary certifications and PPE's • Assists in administration of reports such as Near Miss, Hazard and Follow Up • Conducts accident investigations • Responsible for the administration of all company policies & procedures • Assists in the development of safety training materials and safe work procedures for all personnel
