The Democratic push to gain the needed 15 votes to override the Presidents Veto of the S-Chip bill giving 6 million more poor children the chance for Federally funded health insurance fell short today.
The House Majority still plans on presenting the bill once again before the President Bush, though we all know his ignorance and arrogance will have the Veto stamp waiting.
