| Phil Pearl is a clinical hypnotherapist based in Harley Street, London, W1. He specialises in mental toughness and resilience - helping people to improve their confidence, self-esteem and overcome anxiety and stress. In conjunction with hypnotherapy he uses elements of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT).
